Florida: Repeal the Age Discrimination of Adults Purchasing Firearms!
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a resident of Florida, I respectfully urge you to support legislation that restores the rights of law-abiding young adults by lowering the minimum age to purchase firearms in Florida from 21 to 18. Senate Bill 94, Senate Bill 920, Senate Bill 1716, & House Bill 759 all would restore the ability for young adults to acquire firearms by lowering the minimum age requirement to purchase from 21 to 18. It is now up to the Senate to pass legislation to restore the Second Amendment rights of young adults. Again, I respectfully ask you to support and encourage the above legislation to progress in the Senate. Thank you for your attention to this matter and continued service to our state.
