Michigan: Take Action and OPPOSE Senate Bill 111 Today!
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow resident of Michigan and strong supporter of the Second Amendment, I ask that you OPPOSE Senate Bill 111 today. Senate Bill 111 would lower the threshold for petitioning a court to issue a PPO against someone solely based on a belief that the individual may own or purchase a firearm, a constitutionally protected activity. There would be no requirement for any evidence of harm, and a judge could order the person to lose their right to possess or purchase firearms without due process. Again, I ask you to OPPOSE Senate Bill 111. Thank you for all that you do for the great state of Michigan
