As a fellow Minnesotan, I urge you to OPPOSE SF 4703 in your committee. SF 4703 expands who qualifies to file petitions for extreme risk protective orders (ERPOs / "red flags"), extends the duration of ERPOs, and threatens due process and Second Amendment protections by allowing prolonged disarmament based on vague and subjective standards.
