This commonsense measure helps ensure that law-abiding citizens are not priced out of exercising their constitutional right to self-defense. By lowering unnecessary government fees, HB 4284 makes it more affordable for responsible Michiganders to maintain their carry licenses and continue protecting themselves and their families.
