Kansas: State-Level Suppressor Bill Awaits Floor Action in Senate

As a fellow resident of Kansas and your constituent, I encourage to SUPPORT the substitute for House Bill 2501. House Bill 2501 removes suppressors and short-barreled firearms from the controlled weapons list at the state level. This legislation is critical to ensuring that future changes in Federal law do not prevent law-abiding Kansans from possessing and utilizing suppressors to protect their hearing while hunting or exercising their Second Amendment rights. It also states that Kansas-based FFLs are immune from civil liability when returning firearms to their owners after a firearm hold agreement. Again, I encourage you to SUPPORT HB 2501.
