Veto Anti-Gun Legislation AB 105, AB 245 & SB 156
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow Nevadan and your constituent, I urge you to VETO the following anti-gun bills that recently passed the legislature: AB 105: Criminalizes the lawful possession of firearms within 100 feet of a polling place, even if there is no intent to interfere with the election process. AB 245: Discriminates against adults aged 18–20 by prohibiting possession of semi-automatic rifles and shotguns, and imposes criminal penalties on lawful gun owners if those under 21 access them. SB 156: Creates a taxpayer-funded “Special Counsel for the Prevention of Gun Violence” that will be used to promote gun control policies, not objective research. Again, I respectfully urge you to VETO AB 105, AB 245, and SB 156 to protect the rights of law-abiding Nevadans. Thank you for standing up for our Second Amendment freedoms.
