A Florida A&M administrator was caught on hidden-camera explaining how the university was ignoring the state ban on DEI.
According to FAMU Senior Career Specialist Sean Collins, they simply scrapped the “DEI” title, in favor of “belonging.”
“So, even though we still do it, we’re not supposed to say it,” he added.
