Insurance companies generate enormous profits from New Yorkers, yet too much of that money leaves the state instead of supporting our hospitals, healthcare workers, and patients. Reinvesting those dollars back into New York would help strengthen hospitals, protect healthcare jobs, and ensure patients can access care when they need it.
