Colorado: Semi-Auto Ban Turned FOID Bill Removed from Hearing Schedule
Dear [Lawmaker],
As a fellow resident of Colorado, I urge you to OPPOSE HB 25-1238 and to SUPPORT HB 25-1164 in your committee tonight. House Bill 25-1238 places undue restrictions on gun show organizers, vendors, and attendees, including insurance requirements and age restrictions. House Bill 25-1164 is a Constitutional Carry bill that allows Coloradans 18 or older to carry concealed firearms without a permit, and removes the renewal requirements from state-issued concealed carry permits. Again, I urge you to OPPOSE HB 25-1238 and to SUPPORT HB 25-1164. Thank you for all that you do for our state.
