On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the House Judiciary Committee held a markup for several bills, including the NRA’s top priority H.R. 38, the “Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act.” This bipartisan legislation, introduced by Representative Richard Hudson, was reported favorably out of committee with a vote of18 Yeas and 9 Nays.
