Louisiana: Oppose SB 211

As law-abiding gun owner, I respectfully urge you to oppose SB 211 in the Senate Judiciary C Committee. This is a “red flag” bill that poses a serious threat to the constitutional rights of Louisianans. SB 211 grants the government the authority to confiscate a person's firearms and deny their Second Amendment rights based on third-party allegations. This legislation opens the door for abuse and undermines the fundamental principles of justice and fairness. Please vote NO on SB 211. Thank you for your service to this great state.
