Gov. Kotek has set a bold goal of developing 36,000 new units of housing per year (we’re currently around 22,000). We appreciate that vision – but if state lawmakers further target our industry with stifling regulations, it will be impossible to get there.
Join the fight against SB 611, which would (yet again) lower rent caps statewide. Instead, Oregon needs to address the root cause of housing instability.
