New Mexico: Take Action and Oppose HB 12 Today!

As a resident of New Mexico and strong Supporter of the Second Amendment, I urge you to OPPOSE and vote"NO"on SB HB12. HB12 Enables law enforcement officers to file petitions for extreme risk firearm protection orders based on information collected during their official duties and require respondents to immediately relinquish firearms upon being served with an extreme risk protection order. Again, I urge you to vote "NO" and OPPOSE SB 318. Thank you for all that you do for the great state of New Mexico.
