As a fellow Florida resident and strong supporter of second amendment rights, I urge you to vote "YES" on Senate Bill 952 in your committee. Senate Bill 952 repeals automatic prohibitions that violate Floridians’ Second Amendment rights during a public disorder state of local emergency. The following acts are automatic prohibitions that this legislation would repeal: the intentional possession of a firearm in public, the sale of any ammunition or firearms, and the intentional display of ammunition or firearms in a store. Again, I urge you to vote "YES" on Senate Bill 952. Thank you for everything you do for the great state of Florida.
